Where To Shop

Because there is such few places with many gluten free foods I have had to branch out.

In Rexburg:
Broulims
-They have a pretty good verity of gluten free foods. It is spread out though. There is one isle that has the cereals, pasta, flours, and treats. Then there is another isle that has Bob's Red Mill flours. That has a verity of different flours. Then in the freezer section there are three different sections with gf food. There is one with breakfast foods such as: waffles, muffins, sausages, and other products. Then one as all breads, bagels, and rolls. Then there is a dessert section with ice cream, pie crusts, ice cream sandwiches and other desserts.

Albertsons
- They have a small section. Not as large as Broulims. It has some good stuff though. I don't shop here as much because it is more expensive.



In Idaho Falls:
Wealth of Health
-I love this store. It is farther away but it is definitely worth it. It is right next to Winco. So if you take the trip down there you might as well get all of you regular shopping at Winco and save yourself a bunch of money. My husband and I plan our big shopping trips around driving to Idaho Fall and doing this GF store and Winco all in one run. (Gas is cheaper there too, so we fill up the car). Ok now for the store! It has the biggest range of gluten free foods in the area. It has many other allergen friendly foods as well. They have GF flours for much cheaper, pasta, cereal, bread, premade frozen meals, sauces, and so much more. They always have coupons placed next to the products and they have a punch card that if you fill it off you get $10 off. It is a really good place to shop, they are really helpful there too. They have samples out too!
